绿色供应链管理需要从企业内部的单个职能部门的环境管理转变为跨组织的联盟内的协调的环境管理,绿色供应链管理实施的前提是基础,是实现绿色供应链成员的协调。众多的研究者就如何在绿色供应链成员间达到协调关系展开了多角度的研究:Ken Green指出组织与组织之间的合作关系及合作方式是推动、激励与强迫各企业实现其活动与环境相容的关键性因素[2]; Jeremy Hall基于案例研究指出:整个供应商的行业领导者在供应链渠道中占有主导力量则有利于绿色供应链的运作[3];HWA认为有两类方式来激励供应链内成员采取绿色供应链管理策略:其一,通过与供应商进行环境方面的合作(如合作研发)来加快开发更具环境友好的产品;其二,要求供应商执行ISO 14001系列的环境标准。Richard指出在绿色供应链中的供应商评价、精益供应链及在供应链内建立合作战略等有利于改进整个链的活动与环境相容的程度[4]。王能民总结前人的研究成果,将绿色供应链管理的实施从战略层、动机层与业务层三个层次的协调展开。
